INSTRUCTIONS
Below are downloads for nightly builds of the Helix Player. These builds are intended for testing/evaluation purposes only as they are still under active development. If you find a problem then please file a bug.

PLATFORMS
linux-2.2-libc6-i386 - Compiled for Linux, using GCC 2.95. This version is incompatible with components compiled using GCC 3.0 or later.
version is incompatible with components compiled using GCC 2.95 or earlier.
linux-2.2-libc6-gcc32-powerpc - Compiled for Linux, using GCC 3.2. This version is incompatible with components compiled using GCC 2.95 or earlier.
linux-2.2-libc6-gcc32-i586@redhat8 - Compiled for Linux, using GCC 3.2 on a RedHat 8 system for compatibility with most Linux distributions.. This version is incompatible with components compiled using GCC 2.95 or earlier.
sunos-5.10-sparc - Compiled for Solaris 10
sunos-5.10-i386 - Compiled for Solaris 10

TARGETS
Helix Player (bin) - This is a self-extracting executable installer that runs from the command line.
Helix Player (rpm) - This is the RPM package for easy installation on Linux systems that use the RPM package system.
Helix Player (tgz) - This is a simple tarball of the player. It is recommended for people that want to create their own package format or manually install the player.

BINARY EULA
Some build targets include binary components, such as RealAudio, RealVideo, and/or Flash which require agreement to our Binary End User License Agreement (Binary EULA).  These targets will require you to click "I Agree" before being presented with the opportunity to download the binary distribution.
